Christmas Day at Tia Gloria's

When we got there I had a bag of presents bigger than I am. Luckily, mom helped.

Tia Gloria, Maria, Ashley, and Alize really have great taste in toys.

They even got Itsy's attention.

Sorry Itsy, these toys are all mine. I think you might have a piece of coal around here somewhere though.

Hey look, Tia Gloria really does know everybody. Even Santa stopped by to read the Houston Chronicle.

First Christmas Eve

Yeah, FINALLY!! Let me at 'em! Let me at 'em!

After weeks of anticipation, the moment is finally here.

Whew, this is not as easy as it looks, I am really working up a sweat here.

Wait a second, I see something...

A piece of cardboard attached to a ball that makes crinkly noises. Oh Santa, you shouldn't have!!

Um, a little help please. I still don't quite get how this whole present unwrapping thing works. Wait, it isn't for me, oops, sorry.

A turtle!!

Ooh, this one lights up!!

Um, can someone please step in and help me liberate this animal from her box?

Oh boy, more paper, YUMMY!

Wow, Aeropostale!!

I know Mr. Zebra, can you just imagine what fabulous fashions await us? The suspense is killing me!!

I am sure to be the best dressed baby at Ms. Kim's for sure. Uh-oh, I think I lost Mr. Zebra though.

Yet another package from afar, I wonder what's inside?

Yes!! My first CD player!! Finally I can jam out to some nursery rhymes on my own.

And play back-up rattle.

A fuzzy bathrobe!!

How did Jenny know pink was my favorite color?

Super! Now that all those boxes are out of the way and mom and dad are busy cleaning up, I can check out some of these hanging balls.

Just need to stretch a ....little....further.

Almost there...

Huh?!? What do you mean it is time for bed? I thought the Steelers pj's were just for the photo op.

Oooh...A Christmas Care Package

Wow!!! Bubble wrap!!!

I really need to turn the kids at daycare on to this.

Wait a second, what's this?!?

It comes in as a close second to the bubble wrap.

Unlike Hugo, she lets me pull her hair and doesn't run away.

So soft!!

Check it out, Rudolph's cousin.

Aw, how sweet and sentimental. I love to open boxes.

Yolanda's Holiday Party (and I'm Invited!!)

Yolanda and Walter had a party and I was invited!! I even got to show off some of my pj's.

Now that I am eating food, perhaps someone will slip me some veggies or a little fruit.

I think I just met my future husband.

I just love his curly hair.

Festival of Lights

This looks like a fun adventure.

Let's hurry up and get inside!!

Very psychedelic. I wish I would have known to bring my tie-dye.

Well, since I won't get to see and play in snow until next Christmas, at least you can get a light-up snowman here in Texas.

I wonder if this makes mom homesick.

All I need now is a diversion and some fast rolling to get me to that rocket.

OOOOH, AAAAAAH

People watching and holiday lights. My two favorite things!!

Here's a shot of me taking a break and 'hanging out' with mom.

As always, I made a great impression and met lots of new people.

Hey, why didn't we bring Hugo? I don't think he would mind being on a leash.

I'm a little bummed that it's all over.

At least we get to ride back in style. I call the window seat.
