Care Packages from PA

When we got home, there was of course a package from Aunt Dar and Uncle Pat. Check out how I work the bracelets.

Very 80's retro!!

They also figured out Elmo was my favorite along with coloring.

I set off right away making yet another refrigerator worthy masterpiece.

Lastly, it was off to color coordinating all of this fabulous plastic ware. Thanks again!!

Jahara's First Easter Egg Hunt

All dolled up and ready to hit the road.

Elmo is rearing to tackle some Easter eggs too.

Patience wearing thin...

Let the games begin!! I have dibs on that green egg on the horizon.

Blue is just my color too.

Why wait to dig in?

YUM!!

The goodies in the orange egg are to die for also.

I think the lawn could use a sprinkling of jelly beans.

Feeling the sugar rush now.

Mom not even you can hold me back now.

And the hunt continues.

Nedra stops to pose.

Pickings are getting slim at this point.

Check that out, which came first, the chocolate egg or the plastic egg?

Do you think Nedra will miss one?

So many eggs, so little time.

So many eggs, so little time.
Next on the agenda, BUBBLES!!

I think I can almost touch one.
WHOA!!

This Easter is the bomb!!

I finally got my hands on one of these contraptions. Now, how do I make bubble magic happen?

Go long!!

Easter Morning

Oh yeah, my buddy Elmo!!

Wonder what is in this egg?

Smarties. Here Nedra, this one has your name written all over it.

What other goodies lie ahead?

Okay, who wants their hair brushed first, Nedra or Lyndon?

Wing! (translation: Swing!)

All this Easter fun has really made me thirsty. No sippy cup? No problem!

Jahara Warms Up for the Beatles

Hanging in Mom's Office Before the Lion King

The students did a performance of the Lion King at Cunningham. We had some time to kill before the show, so I got to see mom's office. Right away I took her keys and decided to check things out.

Kid's Directory hmmm...maybe I can snatch that to plot and scheme some future outings.

Wait a second, what's that over there?

A pen, now I am fully equipped to take charge.

Maybe Aunt Bridget Will Let me Sneak a Pop

I'll take a Diet Coke please. Hurry, before mom finds out.

Aunt Bridget's Hats

The best part about hanging out with Aunt Bridget is that she always shares her hats.

And she lets me climb all over her.

Hey Aunt Bridget, let's do some Paddy Cake.

Tickle Games with Erin

Eco Jahara at Discovery Green for Earth Day

Shh... I have to really focus on this big people trampoline.

This playground is the bomb!!

Stand back, I'm gonna' tackle this slide solo.

Oh wow! Another trampoline.

This one is way more my size and speed.

It's not shaving cream, it's organic cotton.

Mom assures me it is just as fun.

It seems like this other mom is trying to convince another little girl of the same thing.

Next stop, interactive art.

This got the artistic juices flowing, so we made a pit stop at the recycled art booth. Here I am looking for inspiration.

Nothing says 'Earth Day' like some orange and green crayons with a roll of tape.

All this environmental consciousness sure can make a girl hungry.

With a full belly, it was time to cut loose to a Beatles cover band.

1, 2, 3,...ENERGY!
