Unlike what you see in cartoons, I quickly learn that the hook part of the cane doesn't fit around his neck.
I really like his backyard walking stick too. Here we are surveying the progress on the new sun room.
On the 4th we traded out the cane for a little American flag courtesy of Grandma Clarke.
You know me, I just had to taste test it too.

Since it was a holiday, nobody was working in the backyard and Grandpa and I got to play with wood scraps.
Maybe I can ask for some of these for Christmas. That is, provided Santa doesn't hold the 'breaking into his workshop' incident against me.
